AID-L Academy
We’re excited to share that starting in August of 2025, AID-L will be officially taking over operations of Einstein Academy. While honoring the school’s strong roots, we’re bringing fresh energy, enhanced programs, and a renewed commitment to your child’s growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. We’re here to partner with you in creating an inspiring and supportive environment for every student.
Growing Together, Thriving Ahead
Our MISSION is to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where children with diverse needs can grow and thrive. Through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, we address each child’s development—physically, emotionally, and cognitively—while partnering with families every step of the way. Our goal is for every student to complete 8th grade ready to succeed in high school, with or without accommodations.
The VISION of Einstein Academy is to provide a neurodevelopmentally-informed educational experience that prepares children to thrive—both in life and in age-appropriate classroom settings, with or without accommodations. By integrating research-based practices, therapies, and a strong culture of family collaboration, we aim to empower each student and their family to grow, succeed, and reach their fullest potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our Core Beliefs
🌱 Every brain can grow.
We believe in the brain’s incredible capacity for growth, adaptation, and meaningful change—at every stage of development.
🤝 Every child can learn.
With the right environment, every child can thrive. Parents, caregivers, and educators all play vital roles in guiding and mentoring children on their unique paths.
🛡️ Safety comes first.
True learning begins when a child feels emotionally and physically safe. A secure, regulated environment is essential for processing information and engaging with others.
🌟 Environment matters.
A nurturing, developmentally-informed setting—grounded in science and empathy—creates the foundation for lifelong learning and resilience.
🌈 Every journey is unique.
We celebrate each child’s individuality. Honoring their pace and potential is key to helping them succeed in school, relationships, and life.

We currently have limited availability for students who require full-time ABA therapists during the school day to support their therapeutic and educational needs. This includes children whose behaviors may present challenges in a traditional classroom environment.
Students learning alongside their ABA therapists will receive weekly consultations with our teaching staff. These consultations focus on educational planning, developmental progress, and potential integration into small-group classroom settings. In addition, students will participate in daily socialization activities with peers, designed with an understanding of their sensory needs and social development goals.
If your child requires this level of support, please complete our enrollment application and include contact information for their ABA therapist. Our School Director will reach out to the therapist prior to making an enrollment decision.
For children who are able to learn in a standard classroom setting but require the assistance of an aide due to a disability or medical condition, please indicate this clearly on the enrollment form and provide relevant details.
