Robin Roach
Robin Roach is currently serving as AID-L’s Chairman of the Board.
Robin has lived in Five Forks since 2018. She has been a member of AID-L’s working board since 2024 she has been married to her husband for close to 30 years. She has three boys Daniel 26, Kevin 25 and Bryan 20.
She owns her own baking business, and started the business to give others like her son job opportunities, and to learn job skills. She has been in the culinary field for 20 years.

Dillen Hartley
Dillen is the co-founder of AID-L and is passionate about serving families of children with special needs. Dillen provides his passion for serving families well and his experience as an Occupational Therapist. He is co-owner of Advanced Therapy Solutions, Inc.
In addition, Dillen has served on several Non-Profit Boards including, The South Carolina OT Association, and Greenville Tech OTA Program (5 years).
Dillen lives with his wife, Mickey, and his two sons, Jacob, and Austen in Spartanburg, SC.

Jim Bennett
In addition to serving as Santa at AID-L’s annual Sensory Santa Night, Jim has served on the AID-L Board since its beginning back in 2015. He is a retired financial advisor and founder of the Einstein Academy. Jim is proud to offer his expertise to the AID-L working board.

Jessica Curry
Jessica Curry has lived in Greenville, SC since 2003. She has been a nurse and a medical sales representative since 1999. Jessica has been a member of AID-L’s working board since 2020. Her pride and joy is her 8 year-old son. She is dedicated to making the world a better place for him and others like him.

Jennifer Block
Jennifer Block has lived in Greenville, SC since 2006. A graduate of Furman University, Jennifer has a degree in Business Administration and worked as an event planner, administrative assistant and business analyst for many years. Now a full-time Mom, wife, advocate and taxi driver for her two boys, she has joined the AID-L working board to make a difference and set the standard for care. AID-L has always been a constant in her family’s life and she hopes that comfort can be afforded to many, many families to come when facing the unexpected.

Scott Prather
Scott is a talented web designer and proud father to an 8-year-old. He leverages his marketing and design expertise to help AID-L better serve the special needs community. He is a proud member of the AID-L working board.

Abbie Lobach
Abbie is excited to be a part of AID-L through serving as a working board member! She has an undergrad in Early Childhood Education and master degrees in Business and Human Services Counseling. She currently serves as a college instructor teaching courses in Child Development and Early Intervention and serves as CEO and Early Interventionist at Flourishing Families Early Intervention. Abbie is passionate about all things families, children, and education and is excited to work alongside AID-L in its educational endeavors.
As a South Carolina native, Abbie loves exploring the mountains and beaches with her husband, Andrew, sons, Barrett and Camden, and their German Shepherd. In her downtime, you can find her trying a new coffee shop with a friend or creating fun activities for her sons while listening to an audiobook or podcast.

Terence McGee
Terence is the GM for WEKO North America. He has been a supporter of AID-L’s mission for the past 10 years, and is a passionate member of AID-L’s advisory board. He is excited to offer his financial and accounting expertise to the AID-L organization by serving on the advisory board.

Alison Gravila
Alison is the proud mother of an 6 year old boy. Her passion for her son, and others like him, to have a voice and feel valued, are evident in her dedication to AIDL. Alison is excited to offer her strengths in fundraising and bringing people together to AID-L’s working board, so that children with special needs and their families have the opportunity to find their own village.

Carlo Salas
Carlo Julio Salas Martinez is dedicated to supporting children and families who need additional resources to thrive. He is currently a patent attorney at the law firm Maynard Nexsen. Growing up alongside his nephew, who has autism, Carlo developed a deep appreciation for the importance of advocacy and support. Wanting to find a meaningful way to give back, he is excited to now have that opportunity as a member of AID-L’s advisory board of directors
